The Levy
By Levy you can get more gold. It's like you get taxes from your folk. Upgrade your houses and Revenue Service to increase the amount of gold.
Also be aware that if you are enslaved, you won't lose any single coin, so no harm by being enslaved :P
Functions
1. tap menue > Govern > Levy or your castle > Levy or tap the hourglass then Levy Available.
2. Levy Quota: Adding extra 12 Levy everyday after reset time.
3. Press button to Levy for gold.
4. It tells you how much gold you will get. It will decrease after losing a loyality point.
5. Next Levy: It shows you the cooldown after you reached 30 min.
6. Loyality: The points are really important. The higher your points, the higher your Gold Levy Amount. After using one levy, you will lose one Loyality point.
7. You have a chance to get 10 Rubies !! It is randomly and it will add 10 rubies to your account automatically (without knowing). Yes, it works after the new update.
8. This is how you can calculate to increase your Gold Levy Amount. Upgrade all buildings needed here and contribute to your guild.
Extra Tax: If you got too much rubies or doing the "Ruby Owner"-task from 'Daily Task', you can use 2 rubies to levy once without adding it to your cooldown, but you will lose one Loyality point. After using once, it will increase the amount of needed rubies.
Anyway, how to increase your Loyality Points?
You will get some 1.Question Box about serious decisions you have to make as a king. Save yur people to increase Loyality Points or sacrifice your people to get more gold or prestige.

2. "Treasure their lives and ignore the cruel suggestion": You save your people and will get Loyalit Points.
3. "Sacrifce the slaves to remove the disaster": No one want to die, so you won't get any Loyality Points from your folk. Defeat the enemy to get prestige.
Answer
I choosed the right box and got 20 prestige and my levy cooldown reduces 10 min.
My Loyality points 100 went to 99.
